Project H-COVID Debriefing + Well-Being & Mental Health Resource List

Thank you for completing this research study! You can advance to the next page to be redirected to Prolific’s compensation page. You will receive a customized report with visuals on how your symptoms have changed to your Prolific e-mail within 3-5 days.

We are testing whether one program, Contain COVID Anxiety, increases perceived control over anxiety and decreased general anxiety more than another program Remain COVID Free. If Contain COVID Anxiety does increase perceived control of anxiety we plan on making it freely available to help people more effectively cope with their anxiety during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We randomized which of the interventions were presented to look at the patterns of change in perceived control of anxiety and general anxiety symptoms based on which program you were completing.

Here’s the link to the Remain COVID Free Intervention if you’d like to try it.
